How to Make a Rainbow Smoothie! Healthy Smoothie Recipe

I love rainbow things!! So today we are making an ALL NATURAL – NO FOOD COLORING – NO ARTIFICIAL FLAVORING – 100% DELICIOUS Rainbow Smoothie! Each layer can really be it’s own smoothie, so if you don’t have time for all 6 layers…then just do one and enjoy. Here ya go! Recipe below:

Rainbow Smoothie Ingredients:

Red Layer

– 1 cup frozen strawberry, cherries and raspberries
– 3 tablespoons vanilla yogurt (Greek or vegan)
– 3 tablespoons cashew milk

Orange Layer

– 3/4 cup frozen mango
– 1 cutie, peeled
– 4 tablespoons carrot-apple purée

Yellow Layer

– 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
– 4 frozen peach sections
– 2″ banana
– 1/4 cup cashew milk

Green Layer

– 3/4 cup frozen green grapes
– 1/2 cup spinach
– 3 tablespoons vanilla yogurt (Greek or vegan)
– 1/4 cup cashew milk

Purple Layer

– 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
– 2″ banana
– 1/4 cup cashew milk

Bright Pink Layer

– 1 pitaya pack
– 2″ banana
– 3 tablespoons cashew milk
